Prague has no single all-inclusive pass but several bundles with different scope. Whether one pays off depends purely on how many of the included sites you actually visit.

The Prague City Card includes free travel on buses and trams plus discounts at numerous museums and sights, and pays off from just two or three rides plus one museum visit per day. The combo ticket of the Prague State Art Collections bundles the Charles Bridge, the Prague Castle and the Nationalmuseum and is the cheapest option for museum fans.
On top of that, Tiqets, Viator and GetYourGuide sell their own combos, such as the Prague Castle plus a city tour or an attraction plus an Vltava cruise. These are more flexible but narrower.
Do the maths honestly: add the single prices of the sites you will definitely visit and compare with the pass. Anything you might do does not count.
Time-limited passes create pressure. In two nights you realistically manage two or three museums plus one paddle steamer ride.
Prague's overnight visitor tax is billed through your hotel and is not part of any attraction pass.
Vltava cruises are usually not included either, so trips to Karlovy Vary or Kutná Hora need a separate ticket.
